Automatic Pressure Overflow Filler is typically used in consumer packaging applications where a consistent visual (cosmetic) fill level is required. The desired product to be filled is held in a stainless steel reservoir, then pumped into a manifold to disperse product to each of your filling nozzles. Once the product reaches your desired cosmetic fill level in each bottle, excess product or foam overflows back to the reservoir. Advantages of the Overflow Filler include even fill levels, variable pressure pump speed control (to reduce foam), and ease of operation.

Automatic filling machine setting-up procedure:
Adjust the conveyor belt guard bar
1. Put the bottles under the filling nozzles(5),adjust the width of the conveyor belt guard bar(11), make
the bottleneck and the filling nozzle at the same plane.

2. According to the size of the bottles, adjust the  distance between each filling nozzle(5),try to make
the filling nozzles(5) close to the centre of the  machine.

3. According to the height of the bottleneck, adjust the hand wheel of the bottleneck fixing device(4), make
the bottleneck fixing board fix the right place of  the bottleneck.
Adjust the cylinder of the output bottle blocking device
4. Loosen the five-star screw of the output bottle blocking device(10),click on the button of the Out
of the bottle cylinder from the touch screen and keep the cylinder out stretching, make the blocking ,stick contact with the bottle.

5. Loosen the screws of the output bottle sensor(7),set the sensor in the 5cm ahead of the output bottle
cylinder blocking stick (the forward direction of the conveyor belt)
Adjust the input bottle sensor
6. Start the conveyor belt, keep the cylinder out stretching, place more than two bottles on the
conveyor belt, loosen the screws of the input bottle sensor(6) and set it near the second bottleneck, make
sure it can detect the second bottle. Notice: Do not place the input bottle sensor(6) under face the filling nozzle.
Adjust the cylinder of the input bottle blocking device
7. Loosen the five-star screw of the input bottle blocking device(9),find a gap between the second
bottle and the third bottle and place the blocking stick in this gap. Click on the button of the
Cylinder into the bottle from the touch screen and keep the cylinder out stretching, make the
blocking stick contact with the third bottle. Notice: The stretching speed of the cylinder do not be too
fast.
Adjust the cylinder of the bottleneck fixing device
8. Loosen the screw of the bottleneck fixing device(8),let the fixing plate come close to the
bottle neck and lock it, adjust the bottle fixing fork and make it the same horizontal level as the
bottleneck, fasten the bottle fixing fork, loosen the two screws on both sides. Click on the button of the
Bottle positioning cylinder from the touch screen and keep the cylinder out stretching, let the bottle
fixing fork contact with the bottleneck, screw on the retaining screws.
Adjust the height of the filling nozzles
9. Click on the button of the Cylinder into the bottle , Out of the bottle cylinder , Bottle
positioning cylinder from the touch screen. Adjust the hand wheel of the filling nozzles height
adjustment device(3) and let the bottom of the filling nozzles 2-3CM higher than the bottleneck,
then click on the button of Lifting cylinder from the touch screen, test whether the filling nozzles
can rise and fall smoothly.
Follow the steps above to debug, and refine their movements observed repeatedly to smooth action.

10. According to product labeling capacity, enter the appropriate time setting in the Filling time on
the touch screen.
