This machine is used to fill high viscous products that needs heating and mixing when filling . The machine has function of filling , mixing and heating . The filled products are honey , wax , vasline , candle , chocolate,viscous cream and paste .

Suitable for filling liquid in the industries of pharmaceutics, daily chemicals, foodstuffs, cosmetics, pesticide and special trades. And it is an ideal device for adhesive fluid filling.

►Auger/agitator flling machines: designed to fill dry mixes, such as flour and sugar. The fillers have a hopper shaped like a cone that holds the mix and puts it in a pouch using an auger conveyor that is controlled by the agitator. The mix is filled in a pouch that is made of paper or poly that is formed in a collar and the pouch gets sealed by a series of heaters and dies. The interface with the process supplying the powder is of prime importance to ensure an efficient filling[1].

Working principle&Equipment Introduction

Working priciple :

A.Through the cylinder's movement of forward and backward to make the piston which is located in the cylinder do reciprocating movement, so as to occur the negative pressure in the preceding chest of the cylinder

B.The piston is pulled backward when the cylinder make forward movement, the material cylinder occurred negative pressure, the materials in the barrel are pressed into the feeding pipe by pressure and go into the material pipe through unidirectional valve of feeding and discharging materials .

C.The piston is driven forward when the cylinder make backward movement, the materials are pressed. and go into discharging pipe through unidirectional valve of discharging materials, finally filled into the empty bottle which need to be filled,then one time filling finished.

D.It is a single and simple action to each time of filling for the piston filling machine, so it has very high filling precision and stability to every regular container
