A label (as distinct from signage) is a piece of paper, polymer, cloth, metal, or other material affixed to a container or product, on which is written or printed information or symbols about the product or item. Information printed directly on a container or article can also be considered labeling.
Labels have many uses, including providing information on a product's origin, manufacturer (e.g., brand name), use, shelf-life and disposal, some or all of which may be governed by legislation such as that for food in the UK or USA. Methods of production and attachment to packaging are many and various and may also be subject to internationally recognised standards. In many countries, hazardous products such as poisons or flammable liquids must have a warning label.
Labels may be supplied separately or on a roll or sheet. Many labels are pre-printed by the manufacturer. Others have printing applied manually or automatically at the time of application. Pressure-sensitive adhesives (also called PSA or self-stick) are applied with light pressure without activation or heat. PSA labels often have release liners which protect the adhesive and assist label handling.
Rivets used to attach information plates to industrial equipment.
Shrink wrap for printed shrinkable labels placed over packages and then heated to shrink them.
Sewing for fabrics such as clothing, tents, mattresses and industrial sacks.
Wet glue such as starch, dextrin, PVA or water moistenable gummed adhesive.

NOTICE before using MODEL GP-CLM3 labeling machine*
1: Before the machine is plugged in, make sure the power switch is in the 【close】 state, and then follow the instructions.
2: The machine should be wiped with dry rags if the machine does not run for a long time, ban using corrosive substances.
3: It is strictly prohibited to splash liquid into the electricity box of the machine, so as to avoid corrosion of internal electrical components and resulting in short circuit.
4: The appearance of the equipment should have no deformation, damage or rusting,the rotating shafts should be flexible.
5: This machine is using single phase AC 220V, the power plug is flat 3 inserts and socket should have ground wire.

►First step: if the electric eye falls on the gap, the current red value is 144.
►Second step: When the electric eye falls on the label, the current value of 4 red.
►Third step: adjust the “set value”,
About 1/2 of the sum of the value that the electric eye falls on the backing paper (between the tested object and the gap of the tested object) and the value that the electric eye falls on the mark (on the tested object)
“Set value” is (144 + 4) / 2 = 74, adjusting the “manual button” can adjust the “set value” to about 74
►Forth step four: move the gap position of the mark on the detection position of the electronic eye back and forth, then the red “signal light / indicator light”
In case the electric eye of measuring label is not adjusted well or the value setting is wrong or the detected objective is different, it should readjust the electric eye correspondingly. Or the phenomenon of no labeling or continuous labeling is easy to occur.
Troubleshooting
(1) Power supply and power-off: Check the power supply source and the fuse beside the power outlet and the fuse is 16A / 110V. Check whether the power button is pressed (powered off).
(2) When the marking action is abnormal: Check whether the marking position is normal, if normal, then check whether there are foreign matters blocking the action mechanism, and checking each spring is normal or the fence position is normal. Check whether the HMI parameter settings are normal. Check the relevant electric eye is normal.
(3) When the conveyor belt does not run: Check whether the conveyor belt speed is adjusted too slowly, check whether the operating mechanical components are blocked, check the HMI settings and check the automatic star button is on.
(4) When the label on the product is not in the right labeling position on the product,because peeling plate is loose,adjust the clamping sponge axial, it should neither be too loose nor too tight or adjust the spring tension of the brake band under the peeling plate.

After service: If you get the problem on the machine ,our technician will go to your place to fixed the machine as soon as possible. The cost should be in your account.(as above).
