How to debug packing machine step by step:
Before using model P-TB20A triangle bags packing machine please ready the manual and watch the instruction video carefully
Lift the machine,install the standing tray,level the machine by means of instructment,fix the fastening bolt.
Assemble the parts with reference to the manual book and pictures.
Connect the machine with earth wire
Notice:1.the earth wire should reach the ground aquifer;
2.The earth wire cannot link with other equipments in series connection or paralell connection lest they interfer with each other
Connect the power cable with reference to the Manual books.
Connect the air source with the 10mm air tube. Notice: The air source must be purified without dust and oil or else it will damage the pneumatic parts of machine.
Remove the impurities after connecting the air source,adjust the air pressure between 0.6MPa and 0.8Mpa.
Open the oil atomizer,add the oil cylinder use only;
N2 inlet
Connect the Nitrogen gas source with 8mm tube from the N2 generator if neccessory;
Notice: Notice: The air source must be purified without dust and oil or else it will degrade the packaging effect.
Remove the impurities after connecting the gas source,adjust the air pressure between 0.6MPa and 0.8Mpa.
Seperate the cluch of metrological mechanic.
Connect the Nitrogen gas source with 8mm tube from the N2 generator if neccessory;

Seperate the cluch of metrological mechanic.
Adjust the volumetric cups according to filling volume. Loosen the bolt,take out the cups.
Change the universal cups to the suitable size. As follow there is the way of how to change the universal cups.
Put the cups on the electric balance to test the weight of filling materials.
Confirm the volume then re-install the cup to the machine and fix the tightening bolt.
Loosen the fitting bolt of handset,move the chassis up and down to adjust the size of volume. Lock the fastening bolt after adjustment.
Adjust the motor brush so that the brush level can approach the chassis.
Adjust the distance between the feeding materials sensor and chassis according to the filling materials. The distance of sensor near the materials is 10cm while the sensor near the chassis is about 15cm
Adjust the height and angle of vibrator height and angle making sure that the vibrator cannot touch the turntable.
Adjust the height and angle of feeding hopper making sure that the hopper cannot touch the turntable and the materials never spill over during feeding the meterials.
Adjust the height and angle of storage hopper. Adjust the distance between the feding hopper and storage hopper based on the filling materials and materials-feeding speed.
Turn on the power of machine,press the inching button to close the sealing mould.
Loosen the bolt of vertical sealing mould and push it to the bottom.
Loosen the bolt of film-pushing wheel and push it to the bottom.
Loosen the bolt of bevel and adjust it inward.
Lossen the bolt of fixing plate in the vibrator,move the bag former frame outerward to the most,fix the bolt.
Adjust the fixing plate of bag former to the bottom most,keep it parallel and fix the bolt.
Fix the bag former with the frame,keep the screws on the left and right symmetrical. Keep the central plane of
bag former and sealing mould as well as film-pulling wheel at the same plane with eye measurement,fix the bolt.
Loosen the angle plate screws,adjust the bag former and make it perpendicular. Measure the perpendicularity with eye,
Fix the bolt of angle plate after confirming the perpendicularity.
Bag former,vertical sealing,film-pulling wheel,cylinder chassis,keep their central planes at the same level.
Loosen the screw of vibrator,move it backward at same level.
Set distance between the front wall of materials-feeding tube from bag former and machine frame at the formula=half the diameter of materials-feeding tube+11cm.
Keep at the same level the fixing plate of bag former and upper part of machine framework,fix the vaborator bolt.
Bag former,vertical sealing,film-pulling wheel,cylinder chassis,keep their central planes at the same level.
Vertical sealing approaches the perpendicular bag former,the upmost point of sealing mould is 3-5mm near the bag former.
The lowermost point of sealing mould is 8-10mm near the bag former. The distance can be adjusted according to the actual
situation in order to get the best packaging effect because there is the unequal load in the single side film-pulling structure.
Approach the film-pulling wheel to the bag former at the proper distance 8-10mm.the distance can be adjusted according to
the actual situation in order to get the best packaging effect.
Take out the fixture of film-hanging axis,put on the film. Fix the bolt after confirming the central plane.
►Solution1: 23cm-half width of film =the distance between the film and film-hanging plate;
►Solution2:pull the two sides of film parallelly approaching the bag former to check if the central line of packing film is aligned
with the central line of bag former.
Stretch the film-fixing ring outermost and start to thread the film.
Install the optical sensor.
Tighten the film-fixing ring.
Debug the vertical sealing set.
Merge the two side of packing film after threading the film through bag former,pull the film-pulling wheel and fix the packing film.
Adjust the bevel.
Switch on the power,turn on the temperature controller,heat the vertical sealing mould and horizontal mould. The vertical sealing
part temperature is set at 105-115degree whereas the horizontal one at 115-130degree according to different kinds of films.
When the temperature is targetted at the setting value,debug the machine several times.
Set the parameter inside the touch screen for each function.
Finish adjusting the machine so far!
Start the machine to pack the materials.
