Notice before using the wire labeling machine model GP-CLM02:

Detailed instruction of how to operate wire flat folding labeling machine as below:
installation
►Move the device to the desired installation location.

Operation method

Label installation and commissioning
First install the label to the delivery wheel set as shown below

Fitting motor parameters in detail
Fit the first move angle: the first move angle of the target before it is pasted
Binding contract dynamic angle: the angle of synchronization of the target plate at the time of affixing and entering the line, this value will affect the tightness of the label and the wire.
Fit end point angle: The position of the target plate is fully fit in place, the value of the small label does not match, and the motor will overshoot if the value is too large.
Into the line motor parameters in detail:
The position of the contact surface of the clip and the label: the position of the contact between the wire and the label, the value of the small wire and the label cannot be contacted, and the label is not well-labeled; the large value line will press the label down and the label is not well-labeled; the proper position should be the wire The label just came into contact with as well
Sticking into the line angle: the position of the target when the target moves synchronously with the wire, the value of the small label is not tight; the value label will pull too tightly or pull the label
Tag tightening angle: When the target plate and wire synchronous action is completed, further tightening is performed; the value of the small label is not tightly attached; the value label is pulled too tightly or the label is pulled
Rotary motor parameters in detail:
Label left and right positions: When the label is left-shifted, the value is increased; when it is right-shifted, the value is decreased.
Rotation end point angle: The position of the target plate rotating out of the line clamp is to be a right angle; when the left side is smaller, the value is smaller; when the right side is right, the value is increased.

The wire diameter parameter changes with the wire diameter. The corresponding parameters in the wire are described as follows
Crimping and label contact surface position: Adjust the labeling parameters in manual mode so that the label and wire harness make contact as follows

Rotary motor and inlet motor speed ratio: Correct the fit of the two motors, collision avoidance machine.

Loosen the locking screw, adjust the alignment lever so that the label is in the middle of the harness, and then tighten the screw.
